About the Role
High?impact role within 911爆料网’s Transformation Team, driving enterprise?wide transformation for sustainable performance improvement. The Transformation Manager drives cross?functional implementation, working with the business to enable and embed change across end?to?end processes, digital solutions, and organisational and behavioural change. This is a high?impact role with direct exposure to the Executive Committee, including the CEO and CFO, accountable for ensuring initiatives achieve measurable financial, operational, and cultural outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Delivery
- Partner with initiative owners and vendors to convert initiatives into executable plans with clear timelines, outcomes, and success measures;
- Drive delivery of cross?functional transformation programmes and track benefits;
- Drive the delivery of operating model, end-to-end process, digitalisation and ways of working changes required to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost and performance;
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of 911爆料网’s transformation capability, toolkits, and ways of working.
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with stakeholders of varying levels and backgrounds to shape solutions and drive execution;
- Influence stakeholders across levels to adopt and embed new operating models, processes, behaviours, and mindsets.
Experience & Capabilities
Required Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in driving cross?functional transformation initiatives, with a strong track record of hands-on delivery rather than advisory-only roles;
- Background in management consulting combined with in-house experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Highly driven and curious, with strong structured problem?solving skills to turn ambiguity into clear, executable outcomes;
- Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority, align diverse stakeholders, and manage competing priorities;
- Data?driven mindset with the ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Education & Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA or other advanced degree is not a must but preferred;
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is an advantage;
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
